Meet Our Team

Clive
I work as an independent sales consultant for Printmonster, having previously dealt with them as a supplier to my print business X2Print.
I have been selling print for 31 years, starting from 1989 when I ran my own office supplies company, Mayfair Office Supplies, until 1997 when I sold it to OyezStaker, who later became Office Team. I worked for them in sales and business development until 2012 when I left and started X2Print -this was “merged” into Printmonster in 2016. I also run X2Furniture with my business partner, which we started in 2014.
I enjoy most of all hearing customers praise us for the quality of our print and also the fast efficient service we provide -going the extra mile. I feel that my years of experience help me to deal with most types of situations that arise and thereby help to maintain a satisfied customer. Recommendations are the biggest testimony to this.

Dean
Life started very differently as an electronics engineer, a change into the world of photocopiers lead, somehow, to a life of print.
I have worked in print for the last 20 or so years, learning from my successes and failures how to meet and exceed customer expectations. At PMR I help customers to select the best solution for their print requirements. Guiding them through myriad of options available, helping them make the most of their budget.

I have a customer-focused background having previously worked in customer care roles. Working in a small team means I get more opportunities to interact directly with customers, it’s always nice to speak to people and help how I can.
I have a young daughter who is very much into dance and gymnastics, so most of my spare time involves driving her to and from events.
When I do have any spare time to myself, I enjoy traveling around the world and walking Bailey, my chihuahua.

I work in administration, taking in orders and looking after our customers, helping and advising, ensuring customers have a great experience with us. The other part of my daily routine is designing customers artwork. I’m an arty person at heart so I really enjoy this aspect. It’s always nice to see a customer’s reaction to my designs.

I have been involved in print production for the last 7 years. Printing and constructing all sorts of print, from highly bespoke, one-off items to the more regular flyers and brochures.
I enjoy the challenge of bespoke items, turning a customer’s vision into reality. I work with customers as we go through the proofing process to ensure they get what they need.
When I am not thinking about print, I am likely to be in the gym. I like to keep fit by shifting a few weights.
